April 11- 17
Is your child waking to feed all night long or using you as a human pacifier? Or do you spend more time getting your child to sleep rather than they actually do sleep? Has your bed become a family bed and you’re ready to have it back? Are you ready to get your child (and in turn, yourself) sleeping more consolidated stretches? If you answered yes to any of the above, this boot camp may just be for you!
Let me tell you how I can relate to the sleep deprivation you’re likely going through. My oldest daughter gave us a run for our money. I would spend hours (HOURS) nursing her to sleep only to be back in her room within 2-3 hours…all. night. long. It was horrible. I felt like a prisoner to my child and to my house. I couldn’t go on a date with my husband as no one else could get her back to sleep if she woke. I had zero time for myself. I became depressed, frazzled and extremely overwhelmed. I know first hand the positive impact a sleeping child has on the entire household. It’s a such a freeing feeling to be able to put your child down at sleep times and walk out of the room knowing they will put themselves to sleep!
There is hope! I’ve helped so many families overcome situations similar to the above and now it’s your chance to get started!
What is included in the Boot Camp?
- A daily email for the duration of the boot camp which will explain and help implement the building blocks for a healthy sleep foundation.
- You will be a part of a private Facebook support group where you can post about your sleep journey and see other moms' stories who are going through similar sleep battles. This group is great as it’s a place to receive support and encouragement- it’s a safe zone!
- A printable workbook that will aide you with the boot camp.
- 3 times during the boot camp you will have access to Office Hours with Lindsey to ask any questions relating to your child’s sleep and current situation.
Who is this Boot Camp for?
This boot-camp is aimed for families that are ready to make changes to get their little ones sleeping better. The age range for this is 16 weeks-old (adjusted) up to 5 years of age. If your baby is younger than 16 weeks (adjusted), you can still sign up but I suggest waiting until they reach that magical age before starting any formal sleep training. If you're set on your child sleeping in an actual bed before they are 2.5 years-old, you may require more one on one assistance than this bootcamp can offer.
What they're saying about Sleep Boot Camp!
From Day 1 my daughter struggled with being able to sleep on her own. By the time she was 4 months old she would only nap in her car seat or swing and was up around 4-5 times each night. I knew then it was finally time to take the necessary steps and further investigate sleep training. I saw the 7 Day Bootcamp on Facebook and I figured it was likely the best way to start my journey. I can honestly say it was the best investment I have ever made for my child to date. The way Lindsey provided us information each day helped me to slowly understand her sleep needs. I was able to determine her current sleep routine and what her sleep crutches were. Within a couple days of starting the sleep training with my little one we saw some major successes - taking 1.5-2 hour naps three times a day in her crib; sleeping from 7pm-7am with only one night feed; and overall she was able to develop the ability to self-soothe and put herself back to sleep without any intervention from me. Me and my husband finally have our bed to ourselves again and we couldn't be more thankful that everyone in the house is finally getting the sleep they really need!
